Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Khrome websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). Khrome is operated from Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Khrome offers tools for Korean-style personal color analysis based on images and related inputs. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service as permitted by law.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other materials you submit ("User Content"). You grant Khrome a license to host, process, and display User Content as needed to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to submit that content.
5. Purchases
Paid features may be offered through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Refunds follow applicable law and what we state at purchase.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no illegal use, no trying to break security or overload our systems, and no use that infringes others' rights.
7. Disclaimers
The Service provides color guidance for personal interest. It is not medical or professional advice. Results depend on your photo and technology and may be imperfect. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khrome will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid to Khrome for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100 if you paid nothing.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously misuse the Service or we must do so under law. You may stop using the Service anytime. Sections that should naturally continue (such as disclaimers and liability limits) survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection laws where you live may also apply to you and cannot be waived where the law says so.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.
12. Contact
For questions about these Terms, use the contact or support options in the Service.
